The incumbent serves as a Nursing Assistant Home Health Aide/Homemaker in a Home Health setting and is organizationally responsible to the assigned Nurse Manager. The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care to Veterans in the home setting who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping duties, and meal preparation.
